We are looking for a professional to work as a Support Technician. Reporting to members of the organization, his main duties include:
- Answering Helpdesk calls;
- Provide support and maintenance of internal and external infrastructure (network, programs, firewall, proxy, antivirus, etc.);
- Manage third-party contracts (telephony, computer support, among others);
- Provide first level service regarding system configurations, analyzing and documenting;
- Make contact with teams from the USA and Germany, reporting on IT demands and participate in weekly meetings with them.
Mandatory:
Advanced/fluent English.
Installation and configuration of software on Desktops and Notebooks,
Management of Windows 7/8/10, Windows Servers and Domain, MS Office Tools.
Basic knowledge of hardware, networks and Windows server management.
Differential:
Understand about virtualization (VMWare ESX), Firewall, Active Directory, basic knowledge of SQL databases and MS Office 365 account management.
